In an effort to tackle the escalating cases of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, we focus on unraveling the intricate role of stress. This project delves into how stress, intertwined with lifestyle and psychological factors, influences the risk of these metabolic disorders. We employ advanced statistical methods, including network analysis, to discern the multifaceted impact of stress on health across different population groups. Crucially, our findings aim to inform the development of targeted behavior interventions and modifiable lifestyle factor adjustments. These interventions are vital for effective prevention and management, especially in aging populations, offering pathways to healthier living and reducing diabetes risk.
