The current project is part of/ an extension of the previous Lifelines project, named: Early markers
of chronic disease in people with autism and their caregivers (OV19_0523). In the current project
we focus on biopsychosocial factors attributing to the mental and physical health of individuals with
autism (traits) and their caregivers. We investigate whether the age at which people got their ASD
diagnosis is related to the extent of autistic traits, and the contribution of biopsychosocial factors.
Next, specifically females are investigated for their risk to cancer in relationship to menopause.
