We study the interaction between the human immune system, bone marrow niche and the clonal hematopoiesis clones. We explore the possibility that our natural regulatory mechanisms are able to detect CHIP clones and suppress them. We study this hypothesis by developing a set of stochastic mathematical models and training them on publicly available data sets. We would like to use the Lifelines cohort as an external validation dataset
