The main goals of this project are: a) to find out if parents who consume a lot of ultra-processed foods (like fast food, sugary snacks, and ready-made meals) tend to have children who also eat a lot of these foods; b) to see if factors such as social background, psychological well-being, stress, lifestyle choices, and health conditions affect the relationship between what parents and their children eat; and c) to determine if people who both eat a lot of ultra-processed foods and come from families with similar eating habits have a higher chance of developing heart disease.
