This Research Project aims to explore how personalized, AI-driven microbiome analysis can improve health outcomes by tailoring diet and lifestyle recommendations to individuals. Utilizing data from the Lifelines database, the project seeks to refine predictive algorithms that address gut health imbalances, reducing the risk of chronic conditions. Our primary goal is to use this model and algorithm to learn and predict the dietary and lifestyle patterns that lead to a healthy microbiome, and then compare these with less healthy microbiome profiles. Ultimately, this research will validate the approach and lay the groundwork for a practical, data-backed health solution.
