As life expectancy rises, promoting healthy ageing is increasingly vital. Studies using novel innovative biomarkers of ageing have investigated the role of nutrition in healthy ageing, but effect sizes remain marginal. Future studies should focus on ageing mechanisms, rather than only systemic ageing, and use more powerful statistical tools that can deal with interrelated nutrition data. Therefore, in an extensive cross-sectional study we aim to identify dietary factors that relate to personal ageing patterns and, secondarily, to organ-specific ageing using Copula Graphical Modelling. By looking at intra- and inter-individual differences, we aim to underline the importance of future personalized approaches
