We aim to improve the understanding of which behaviors and clinical indicators may serve as early indicators of disease, i.e. the “slippery slope” that leads to disease and to use this to design interventions to mitigate their damage. Many people feel like the task of improving their health is insurmountable. The goal of this research is to help them understand the early signs of disease and the behavioral choices they can make to lead longer, healthier lives.
